Well I wasn't going to get these since to me they weren't as pretty as their 18" counterparts, but after seeing them for half price today, we bought a few. Does anyone else have these and what do you do with them?
My daughter said they are for the 18" dolls to have their own dolls. I've also hear that they are good for use in dollhouses. Any other ideas?

Are they on sale for half price on the web page? I did not see them.

I found them at one of our local Hallmark stores for half price. They only had, Molly, Josefina, Felicity, and Addy, though.

Here's my "mini site" on my homemade mini Josefina collection!

I also don't think they're as pretty as the full-sized dolls. They used to look a lot nicer, with inset eyes and wigs. So I re-did mine with a wig and eyes!

Ann, yep! I posted about it a while back, but I understand missing it since I personally miss information all of the time! Here are photos of the finished eyes:
http://www.angelfire.com/mi/FAST/shadowbox.html
I also made a webpage explaining how I made them (Sculpey and glass beads):
http://www.angelfire.com/mi/FAST/minismakeover.html
Unfortuntely, the beads were *very* small (size 10/0, or seed beads), so it's difficult to take photos that look any good or show what they ended up looking like.
Kim, I hope you and your daughter have fun with the minis! A great place to check is a large craft store...I found some miniature furniture at one for $1. Some were a scale that might look good with the dolls.

Unfortunately I couldn't really see the eyes in the pictures. I'm glad you found something that worked for you though! I like inset eyes so much better!
